I tried to fry tau geh just now. It was a chore to prepare sia... Have to pluck out the roots and all that. Then I added too much salted fish. So in the end, the tau geh is very saltish. >_<"

And then just now call home, mum said no need to pluck roots one. >_<" x2

Anyway, my second plate of tau geh should be a lot nicer. Since I know where I went wrong liao. ^_^
